We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address, company name (optional), website (optional) and the content of your message.

This site sets no advertising tracking cookies and uses no profiling tools.

This site uses Google Analytics for audience measurement, only after your explicit consent. No measurement script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set until you accept via the banner. If you decline, or for as long as you have made no choice, no browsing data is sent to Google. Your IP address is anonymised.

The site stores your cookie choice locally so that we do not have to ask for your consent again on every visit. Authentication and security cookies are used only when you request access to the client or administrator areas.

These items are used solely to provide the requested features. They are not used to track your browsing or for advertising.

Your data is used solely to handle and respond to your request. The legal basis is your consent and/or the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

Contact data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact for follow-up purposes, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.

Your data is neither sold nor rented. It may be processed by our technical processors (Cloudflare hosting, Google Analytics — loaded only after your consent) strictly within the scope of providing the service, under appropriate contractual safeguards.

Some technical providers may be established outside the European Union. Where applicable, such transfers are framed by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. You may exercise these rights by writing to info@kruz.be.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.
