APAM — website for a supported-employment enterprise.

KRUZ designed and delivered APAM’s website. The approach: present a supported-employment enterprise first as a dependable industrial partner, without its social mission collapsing into a charity pitch.

Direction explored

A supported-employment enterprise is judged on two counts at once: production capacity and social impact. The direction leads with measurable capacity — workshop and warehouse floor area, adapted workstations, accreditation — and tells the mission afterwards. A client sees first that they are buying an industrial service, and second why that service means something.

KRUZ prototype

The prototype brings eight skills presented as services, a site page carrying the industrial figures, and two distinct journeys — request a quote, or look for adapted work — into one system. Its public version exists to examine this design hypothesis; it is neither a delivery to the non-profit nor evidence of achieved results.
