MDHospitality is presented here as an independent concept prototype by KRUZ. It explores how to serve two opposing audiences on one site — candidates looking for a job and businesses looking for staff — without a commission or endorsement from the referenced agency.

Direction explored
The challenge is twofold: a staffing agency has to convince candidates and employers at the same time. The direction splits both journeys from the header onward, shows the number of open roles as a sign of activity, and keeps the licence visible, because in this trade compliance is a selling point.
KRUZ prototype
The prototype brings a location-filterable job board, both the candidate and employer journeys, and a trilingual FR/NL/EN path into one system. Its public version exists to examine this design hypothesis; it is neither a delivery to the agency nor evidence of achieved results.
